What You Need to Know

As you probably know (and as I’ve said a gazillion times) authors wouldn’t be anywhere without our readers. Ignoring all the politics and back-room dealings of Big Publishing, the reality is that only one group of people really matters to authors – and that’s YOU, the reader.

So, I figured, why not encourage my readers to be part of my journey? After all, it’s all thanks to you that I get to write in the first place – shouldn’t you get to feel part of that somehow?

It’s your encouragement and kind reviews that keep me going, but, until now, I’ve never had a way of keeping tabs on all the wonderful things you’ve been saying about my work – meaning I haven’t been able to thank you personally. How rude is that?!

Well, I think I’ve come up with a solution. Starting today, I’m launching the Lise Cartwright Launch Team aka Street Team… I did play around with a few different names ("Lise's Pimps" and "The L-Team" were close contenders) but I think this sums it up nicely.
